Moon Bloom was inspired by tuberose, a flower with a unique, soft and creamy scent that is often referred to as the ‘mistress of the night’. Not only because it exudes its fragrance at night, but also because of its aphrodisiac effect.
Moon Bloom is an exploration of the short life of tuberose. The fresh, green scent of the stems and leaves prepares you for the intoxicating, opulent heart, which is full of sweet and spicy white flowers. As the fragrance fades, it matures into a rich, moist and almost tropical base accord of creamy coconut and warm resins.
Moon Bloom is Hiram Green's debut fragrance and remains one of his favourite creations.
Tuberose: Overwhelming and intoxicating, with a soft and creamy character. It is one of those raw materials that simply suits everyone.
Jasmine: Jasmine is a breathtaking, indolic floral scent used here to complement the intoxicating character of tuberose.
Ylang ylang: Sweet, fleshy, almost like candy. Ylang ylang goes well with jasmine and tuberose and enhances the fragrance's development.
Did you know?
Although it looks like a lily, tuberose is related to the agave plant – yes, the same plant used to make tequila. Like agave, tuberose also originates from Mexico.
