Note on pre-orders
For pre-orders, the total amount of the order is due immediately.
Prepayment
If you choose to pay in advance, you will receive a confirmation email with our bank details immediately after submitting your order. When making the transfer, please be sure to include your order number in the reference field; this is the only way we can allocate your payment. As soon as the payment has been received in our bank account, your shipment will be immediately forwarded to our shipping department. Please note that, depending on your bank, it may take 2–4 business days for your payment to be credited to our account. If we do not receive payment within 10 business days, we will cancel the order.

When transferring money from abroad, please ensure that you include the bank's transfer fees so that the entire invoice amount is credited to our account. Please understand that we cannot cover these fees for bank transfers from abroad.

You can also pay quickly and easily via PayPal. At the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected directly to PayPal. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your user details and confirm the payment. If you are new to PayPal, you have the option of logging in as a guest or opening a PayPal account.
As soon as we receive your payment, your order will be forwarded to our shipping department and shipped.
Please note that we have no influence on processing errors on the part of PayPal.
