What is the minimum order value for a sample order only?

The minimum order value is 20.00€.

How long will it take to receive my sample order?

We process and package every sample order with great care, and each individual fragrance is filled and labelled by hand. For these reasons, you will need to be patient and allow for a processing time of 8 to 10 working days.

Why can't I order multiple samples of the same fragrance?

Our samples are purpose-built to make it easier for you to decide what to buy. We offer you the opportunity to try out fragrances at home at your leisure, discover new scents and find your personal favourite fragrance.

How long can I use the samples?

We note the date of manufacture on our samples. Please use fragrance samples within 6 months – do not use them after this time.

Where can I specify my free sample requests?

For orders over 50.00€ with at least one full-size product, you may specify three samples of your choice.

Please do not add the samples you want to your shopping cart, otherwise you will be charged for them.

Occasionally, your desired fragrance may be out of stock. In this case, it is always a good idea to simply specify an alternative. If you do not specify anything else, we will simply select something suitable for you.

If you forget to specify your sample requests and your order has already been packed by our shipping department, we will unfortunately not be able to send your desired samples. Simply let us surprise you with what we have selected.

Could you please label my samples?

Don't worry, each of our bottles is labelled for you. All the necessary information about the scent can be found on the packaging.

What is a sample?

Our range now includes over 2.000 different fragrances. To help you choose, we offer a very special service. Our sample tubes with spray heads hold approx. 2 ml and are filled and labelled by hand. This allows you to easily immerse yourself in the world of niche fragrances and try them out at home.

Why can't I order a sample of my preferred fragrance?

As we only have a limited number of tester bottles for each fragrance, it may occasionally happen that these are empty and we have not yet received any replacements. So don't be disappointed if you don't get what you want. As we strive to offer samples of all fragrances, it's worth keeping an eye on our online shop. Samples are usually available to order again after a few days.

Why are my sample requests incomplete?

Of course, it is annoying when you have requested a fragrance and it is not included.

This may be due to the following reasons:

  • You have requested more than 3 samples.
  • The value of the requested samples exceeds 15€.
  • We do not have your requested fragrance in our range or are unable to offer it at the moment.

We do our utmost to fulfil all sample requests, but ask for your understanding if this is not always possible.

I forgot to specify my sample requests.

The best thing to do is to pick up the phone now, or simply send us an email at the weekend. We will do our best to prevent your order from being dispatched. Please don't be disappointed if this isn't possible. Just let yourself be surprised – we are sure to have chosen something exciting for you. Who knows, it might even be your new favourite fragrance.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number for your sample order. You do not need to be at home for these orders to be delivered; the postman will simply drop the envelope through your letterbox.

Gifts

Can my order be gift wrapped and does this cost extra?

Would you like to surprise someone with a wonderful fragrance and give them something truly special? We think that's a great idea! Simply leave a note in the comments field when completing your order and we will wrap your gift with love – we promise you'll be delighted. There are no extra costs.

Tip: Not sure whether the recipient will like the fragrance? Simply specify the same fragrance as a sample in the comments field. This will allow the lucky recipient of the gift to try out the fragrance first.

Vouchers

How can I order or redeem a voucher?

Here you will find our voucher! Select the desired amount and complete the order as usual. The voucher will then be sent by email to the corresponding address. Please note that the voucher will only be sent once payment has been made in full.

You can redeem the voucher easily during the payment process in the shop at the checkout. Enter the code and the corresponding amount will be deducted from the amount to be paid.

How long do I have to redeem my birthday voucher?

You can redeem your birthday voucher once within the year in which you received it.

Returns and complaints

How can I return an item I have ordered?

Ordered items can of course be returned within 14 days. It can always happen that you accidentally add the wrong product to your shopping basket.

Please note that we can only accept unopened original packaging and unused products. Samples that we have filled especially for you are excluded from return.

Tip: If the ordered product is a gift, simply specify the same fragrance as your desired sample in the comments. This will allow the recipient to try out the fragrance first.

Shipping

Can I also have my order delivered to a packing station?

Of course! This is a great alternative if you are not at home during the day and cannot accept the parcel. All we need is your 8-digit postcode and the number of the Packstation. You can easily select the desired Packstation at the checkout using our tool.
