Killing Fresh by The Nose Behind revolves around tart, bitter, citrus notes at the beginning. These come from Japanese yuzu with its characteristic aromas, then grapefruit appears; this is also more in the tart, citrusy category, hardly any sweetness, with bitter spiciness. Then bergamot appears, the bitter, tart citrus par excellence. All three have none of the typical sweet citrus notes we all know. The agrum trio is accompanied by blackcurrant, which brings a particularly subtle play of fruity notes to the top note. The spiciness of cardamom now meets the citrus nuances of verbena. This is followed by the notes of green tea, again with a tangy freshness that brings out the grassiness of the tea to best effect. The base consists of musk and oakmoss and a duet of benzoin and amber.

Mehr über The Nose Behind
The perfume collection The Nose Behind is the olfactory diary and travel journal of Herbert Stricker, founder of The Nose Behind and Classic Parfums. In this collection, he has captured all his favourite places, situations and memories in liquid form and filled them with olfactory experiences and emotions. Experience the places, situations and events and embark on a journey into a new world of fragrance.
The perfume collection The Nose Behind pays special attention to the fragrance raw materials. All energy has been put into developing the recipes. High concentrations of fragrance oils result in exceptional longevity and charisma. The most important goal of the collection was to create extravagant fragrances for connoisseurs.
Because of this special focus on the fragrance itself, Herbert Stricker wanted to keep all other components understated. To avoid distracting from the fragrance, the ‘Finest Liquids’ are filled into smoky grey, minimalist bottles. The elegant, simple box is also designed to arouse interest in the contents. After all, it's all about the ‘Finest Liquids of the World’.
