Oud Royal Gravity-Defying Gel is a professional styling product for ultra-strong hold that creates perfect hairstyles and gives intense shine. Ideal for slicking hair back or achieving an architectural, defined style.

Special polymers provide ultra-strong hold in just one coat without sticking or flaking. Glycerin moisturises and adds shine, giving the alcohol-free formula a silky feel that is non-sticky. Pure oud essence from the Arabian agarwood tree adds a rich, sweet, woody and warm note. The styling gel is free from parabens, phthalates and propylene glycol.

Application

Apply generously to damp hair and work through from roots to ends as desired. The gel dries quickly and leaves a shiny, long-lasting finish.

Philip B was born and raised in Massachusetts. He began his career as a hairstylist at the age of 14 at Copley Square Hair Salon in Boston. Ambitious as he was, he saw it as a personal challenge to get the most out of the hair entrusted to him and to help his clients fully realise their beauty.


In 1984, Philip wanted to develop his skills further, so he moved to the 'city of inspiration', Los Angeles, where he quickly built up a solid client base. His clientele worked mainly in the entertainment industry, and it was there that he discovered how much city life, environmental influences, heat and chemicals affected hair. This is precisely why Philip B decided to specialise in hair care, because if you can care for your face and body, why not your hair and scalp too?


Philip B began experimenting at home and in the salon, buying fresh ingredients from the market and herbal shops and refining his home remedies for dry scalp and damaged hair. His tinctures and additives sold so well that a customer even advanced him the start-up capital for his first product line.
