Panouge Paris - matières libres - Patchouli Figue
The fragrance Patchouli Figue takes us to a summer garden, where the sun is at its highest and the sky is cerulean. In this perfect harmony, sheltered, under the freshness of the arbor, she is painting a basket of figs and pears. The scent is creamy and juicy, as if emanating from the canvas.
A warm and sweet fragrance, enveloping and carnal. Sprinkled with Cocoa, the Patchouli gives the fragrance a mysterious and dark appearance, balanced by the juicy and luminous notes of an autumn Pear and a summer Fig. A “claire-obscure” composition.
Carte blanche to perfumer Marie Schnirer
“The fragrance reminds me of the month of September, a special time of the year, a moment of transition, a period marked by the end of the summer and the beginning of the fall season when air gets cooler and humid.
If Patchouli Figue was a fabric? This fragrance seems to weave a cashmere stole on the skin.
If Patchouli Figue was a music? “No milk today” by Herman's Hermits.
And if it was a scene? This creation is also an ode to a small Greek village, Vasiliki, on the island of Lefkada.”
Collection Matières Libres of Panouge Paris
With its minimalistic design and pastel tones, the Collection Matières Libres of Panouge Paris is born from the desire of Creative Director Rania Naim to leave total freedom of composition to the perfumers. Following their inspirations, they have blended components without restraints nor limits.
Young talents Marie Schnirer and Patrice Revillard of Maelstrom were chosen for this daring experiment. On top of his contribution to the olfactory compositions Patrice Revillard drew the watercolours representing the four fragrances thus expressing his multiple talents. Matières Libres is the expression of multiple talents, an adventure. The Collection of Matières Libres (unrestrained blend) by Panouge Paris is available in four scents of which two are created by Marie Schnirer and two by Patrice Revillard.
Using unexpected rich raw materials, they have let their limitless creativity go wild by breaking the established conformism. Each fragrance is named after the two main ingredients. This collection is an art prism, where perfume, painting, music and even films are expressed.
