With this collection, Martine seeks to reveal the secrets of love with mysterious keys. Secrets of Love invites you to fall in love with this collection, which comes in precious bottles. The latter are decorated with fine lines and imitate small love cages, which are luxurious and perfectly shaped. The individual fragrances contain exquisite and seductive notes.
The mysterious, sensual and enchanting oriental fragrance Delice by Micallef opens with an exquisite duo of orange and nutmeg, then reveals an irresistible base of vanilla and woody notes.
Secrets of Love – thunderous yet sensual compositions – a polyphonic experience
As an artist who skilfully and personally interprets each individual creation, Martine Micallef has designed spectacular bottles for this collection, true works of art reminiscent of love cages – like the feathers of birds of paradise, six intense and precious fragrances. Each one transforms the six stages of love into a luxurious fragrance score. Martine Micallef and Geoffrey Nejman have thought big for this collection: the compositions and bottles are generous, innovative and intense, and each fragrance is imbued with unparalleled energy.
‘Each Eau de Parfum in the Secrets of Love collection is linked to an encounter, a shared moment with a loved one.’ — Martine Micallef

‘The perception of a scent is the beginning of a discovery that is never complete.’ (Paul Valéry)
The small perfume house Micallef is located on the Côte d'Azur, one of the most beautiful and extravagant regions of France. It was founded in 1996 by Martine Micallef and her husband Geoffrey Newman.
While her husband Geoffrey Newman initially worked as a financial advisor for a large company that traded in aromas and ingredients, discovering his love of fragrances along the way, Martine Micallef had always been devoted to aesthetics. She ran a beauty salon in Cannes for 18 years and discovered her talent as an artist, creating drawings and paintings that were very well received at exhibitions.
Not long after the two discovered their passion for each other, they turned their attention to the production of exclusive perfumes and handmade perfume bottles. Geoffrey and Martine Micallef live and work together near Cannes, sharing and realising their dream of creating precious little works of art in the form of perfumes.
The couple find inspiration for their fragrances on their travels, including to Arab countries. Many of their customers are based there, and Martine Micallef is happy to create individual bottles or bespoke fragrances for them on request.
The Micallef fragrances are produced with as few synthetic substances as possible. Furthermore, the fragrances are still bottled by hand and the bottles are decorated by hand.
