Inspired by a fresh and sweet Cuban cocktail, Aoud Lemon Mint is not just another oud fragrance among many. This special, irresistible creation combines subtle oud notes with citrus fruits and almonds.

In contrast to the traditionally rather heavy oud fragrances, the refreshing and green notes of citrus, mint and vetiver bring a lightness and freshness, yet still in combination with the typical longevity that characterises classic oud fragrances. A creation that beautifully balances spicy fresh notes with warm notes of oud, leather and vanilla.

The Mancera brand was created in the Arabian Gulf in 2008. It was initiated by the distributor ‘Al Hthar’, which had previously specialised in establishing classic, large perfume brands in the Gulf region. Based on many years of experience, the owners of ‘Al Hthar’ asked a group of designers and perfumers to create a major artistic perfume brand, including Pierre Montale, who became world-famous for his Montale collection.

The fragrance concept of Mancera

Mancera perfumes deliberately differ from the typical oriental perfume brands. From the outset, the brief was aimed at intensive, highly concentrated perfumes with a predominantly western appeal and some unusual aoud creations. Arab customers are increasingly looking for perfumes with a Western concept, but which — as with oriental notes — have a very long shelf life and a strong aura. The result is perfumes that are also suitable for European lovers of intense fragrances, an ingenious olfactory symbiosis. This is why Mancera's creations fulfil both Western and Oriental fragrance tastes. Only the highest quality ingredients of both natural and synthetic origin are used. The decisive factors for the mixing ratio at Mancera are the durability, intensity, and development of the respective overall composition.

Appearance

The Mancera bottle made of heavy crystal glass is a custom-made product from the Italian manufacturer Luigi Bormioli, whose art of design has a long history dating back to the Renaissance.

War ein Blindkauf, wie so viele meiner Käufe (beeinflusst durch Social Media). Insgesamt ein sehr stabiler Duft. Der Oud Akkord kommt sehr gut zur Geltung, nur fehlt mir hier Limette und Minze, ist zwar vorhanden aber so im Hintergrund, dass ich es fast nicht wahrnehmen kann.
Ich würd dem Duft ne 6 von 10 geben
PS: Lieferung, Packaging war der Hammer! Auch wurden meine Probenwünsche zu 100% berücksichtigt!
