The same notes, two identities
Working with ingredients to realise their full potential and taking on the challenge of creating two different eaux de parfum with the same notes: Juniper berries, nutmeg, coriander, musk, ambered woods and vanilla. The Gentle Fluidity duo was born, in the perfumer's imagination, to create two different fragrance silhouettes, one for her and one for him.
Silver
In Gentle fluidity Silver, nutmeg and ambered woods are predominant and exude a lively and cosy scent trail. The juniper berry essence leads to an intensifying, extremely fresh, aromatic note, similar to a gin frappé, balanced by the dry, slightly balsamic, spicy notes of nutmeg. The base note reveals ambery and woody facets that range from sweet to enveloping, powerful and dry.
Inspiration
Once again, Francis Kurkdjian is overturning the rules of fragrance composition with an extraordinary compositional exercise. With Gentle Fluidity, he unveils two eaux de parfum from two very different olfactory worlds (one with a woody, aromatic scent, the other musky with oriental notes) by taking the same ingredient list and transcending the conventions of women's, men's or unisex perfumes. If he overdoses one ingredient, he underdoses another, because fragrances - like all things that move us - are really about balance and expected effects ... No more feminine or masculine. There is a character, a sensitivity, a ‘gentle fluidity’, a gentle flow between all gender identities.
