‘If my love had a colour, it would not be red but white – pure, innocent, tender and graceful, yet strong enough to unite all colours within itself.
What I feel is the sum of my emotions, the voice of my soul, a melodious choir of intense feelings.’ Anton Vanligt (Italian author)
From 1530 onwards, the Palace of Whitehall was the main residence of the British monarchs in London. It was one of the largest palaces in Europe, with more than 1,500 rooms. In 1698, a major fire destroyed the entire palace, with the exception of the Banqueting House, which is still used by British monarchs for special occasions today.
The House of Hugh Parsons wishes to honour Whitehall Palace as a memorable part of the city of London and has dedicated a men's fragrance of the same name to it. Like Whitehall, many historic buildings are kept in simple white. White is the colour that unites all other colours into a whole and is also known as the colour of perfection. The colour white is therefore the basic design idea, which is reflected in the fragrance and design, derived from the name and values of Whitehall.
The fragrance cultivates the colour white as a symbol of grandeur and perfection. White pepper in the heart note gives the fragrance its character. In the base note, white amber exudes a substantial softness.
