Floris - Special No. 127

Refined yet completely unpretentious, No. 127 delights both men and women alike.

In 1890, a fragrance with a unique character was created for the Russian Grand Duke Orloff: with top notes of fresh citrus, orange and mandarin, enriched by the warm notes of rose, geranium and neroli and the spicy aromas of sandalwood and grasses.

Originally known as ‘Orloff Special’ and reserved exclusively for the prince, after his death ‘Orloff Special’ was renamed after the page number in Floris' recipe book – and eventually became world-famous as No. 127. No. 127 was one of the first men's fragrances that was also popular with women.
