Carner Barcelona presents Helix, a Mediterranean fragrance created in collaboration with Riera i Aragó. Inspired by the artist's work, Helix references the profound symbolism of the propeller and the quintessentially human desire to dive into the unknown.
Helix is a maritime and metallic fragrance, reminiscent of the spray produced in the wake of a moving ship, mixed with sweet fruits and Mediterranean flowers. A tribute to the sculptures by Riera i Aragó, which are depicted on the slipcase.
Riera i Aragó
Riera i Aragó, a Spanish artist, began exhibiting in Barcelona in the 1970s. In the 1980s, he concentrated on open spaces and showed aeroplanes, submarines and Zeppelins in his art. His work gained recognition in Spain and internationally, especially in Japan. He continued to exhibit his signature submarine art worldwide, including a tribute to Martin Luther King Jr. in the 2000s.
