This bioactive mushroom extract, which contains the antioxidant power of the chaga mushroom, is gentle on the skin and reduces signs of sensitivity thanks to its anti-redness effect. It is also rich in polyphenols and known to reduce signs of inflammation while supporting optimal skin barrier function. The rose fragrance at the heart of Lover is known for its ability to calm the heart and mind. For centuries, it has also been prized for its ability to soothe and balance the most sensitive skin. In ancient herbal books (the illustrated books that formed the basis of medical research), the rose was associated with the energy of Venus, the planet and goddess of love. Viewed from Earth, Venus' orbit forms a geometric pattern that is compared to a five-petalled rose.
