Incense Extrême by Andy Tauer was created around the natural extract of Indian incense (Boswellia serrata). This exclusive incense resin has often been the source of inspiration for extraordinary and special fragrances.
The fragrance melody in Incense Extrême is an abstract interpretation of incense, almost cubist and uncompromising. It unmistakably reflects the harsh climate of the semi-desert, home of the Boswellia trees. Incense Extrême is clear and transparent like the first whiff of resin rising from red-hot coals. Yet the fragrance remains fresh, like a night in the desert.
Boswellia serrata is the central fragrance component, with a concentration of 25%, rounded off by dry wood and ambergris in the background. A soft, slightly powdery iris note balances the incense in the heart. Coriander and the slightly green freshness of orange leaves set the accents in the top notes.
The natural richness of incense develops on the skin into a kaleidoscope of sensual impressions.
