The Bellini was invented by Giuseppe Cipriani in one of the most famous and luxurious hotels in Venice. The cocktail draws its inspiration from the warm pink colour used in the masterpieces of the great Venetian artists. Its fragrance begins with a fresh combination of the lively essence of apple and the sweet notes of grapes, then enveloped by the sweet taste of peach. The precious bergamot note is complemented by bitter orange, which in turn is surprised by the cheerfulness of mandarin. Soft apicosen notes rise full of liveliness and are complemented by a floral and unmistakable hint of jasmine and lily of the valley. They are refined by the fresh and fruity scent of fine Litsea Cubeba.
