Arbolé by Hiram Green takes its name from the poem of the same name by Federico García Lorca, which begins with the lines: ‘Tree, tree, dry and green’. Think of a relaxed summer afternoon, somewhere in the hinterland of Ibiza: a salty, dry wind blows through the trees and a hint of incense hangs in the air. A romantic fragrance with a vintage touch.
Arbolé opens with a wave of earthy patchouli, which gradually blends with dry cedarwood and velvety sandalwood. Vanilla and tonka bean anchor the fragrance, providing a sweet and powdery base.
Patchouli: A versatile material with many facets: sharp, warm, green, earthy, sometimes even sweet and musky.
Sandalwood: Sandalwood is warm and fresh at the same time, giving the composition a smooth and creamy note – a velvety texture.
Tonka bean: Tonka can be rich, sweet and almond-like. Here, with a little help from vanilla, it provides a powdery, soft finish to the fragrance.
