With Fig Tea Intense, Patricia de Nicolaï reinterprets her iconic Fig Tea fragrance and gives it more depth, structure and presence. While the Eau de Toilette captures the light, airy freshness of a stroll through Mediterranean landscapes, the Intense version is warmer, rounder and more expressive.
The fragrance opens with a radiant combination of osmanthus, lemon and mandarin. The citrus fruits bring a lively freshness, while osmanthus with its fruity-floral nuance gives a foretaste of the sunny atmosphere of the fragrance.
At the heart, jasmine, ripe peach, davana and rosewood combine to create a soft, fruity-floral accord. This evokes the image of a warm afternoon under a fig tree, when the light falls through the leaves and the scent of ripe fruit fills the air.
The base gives the composition depth and stability. Mate introduces a fine, slightly tart tea note, while guaiac wood, ambroxan and oakmoss provide a warm, woody structure.
