Orange blossom: Rich, sweet, animalistic. Obtained by solvent extraction from the flowers of the bitter orange tree.
Neroli: Fresh, clear, bright. Also obtained from bitter orange blossoms, this time through steam distillation.
Petitgrain: Green, woody, tart. Steam distillation from the leaves and buds of the bitter orange tree.
