In the early 1990s, Culti was inspired by the craftsmanship of the rattan baskets woven in the Milanese countryside and became the first manufacturer to develop a room fragrance diffuser with rattan sticks. By chance, Culti discovered that a bundle of rattan dipped in fragrance constantly released the full intensity of the scent.
