TOILETPAPER
TOILETPAPER is an artist magazine founded in 2010 by Maurizio Cattelan and photographer Pierpaolo Ferrari, who have been producing it ever since. Since its first issue, TOILETPAPER has created a world of ambiguous narratives and crazy imagination: a combination of commercial photography with twisted narratives and surrealistic images.
With an inexhaustible drive for development, TOILETPAPER has realised projects in various industries over the years. Numerous advertising campaigns have been conceived and original collaborations have been entered into time and again, resulting in interesting objects in the fields of fashion, automotive, industrial design, food, beverages and music. The visionary works of TOILETPAPER have also been the protagonists of exhibition projects around the world as part of the most important events related to art and photography, including High Line in New York, Palais de Tokyo in Paris, Art Basel Miami, the Venice Biennale, the Fondation Beyeler in Basel, Les Rencontres d'Arles, the French Academy in Rome, the Villa Medici, The Storage by Hyundai Card in Seoul and the Galerie Blanche in Montreal.
