“Fleur Alpine is the fragrance that is closest to my heart. I hope it finds many admirers.” – Herbert Stricker
Fleur Alpine is the olfactory embodiment of a deep-rooted childhood memory of Herbert Stricker and, at the same time, a tribute to an alpine jewel: the Nigritella. This rare, protected orchid grows in mountainous regions, but only at altitudes of around 2,000 metres does it exude an incomparable fragrance, described by many as an oriental-floral explosion with chocolate. Growing up in South Tyrol, Herbert Stricker spent a lot of time hiking in the mountains. There, as a child, he encountered the Nigritella and was fascinated by its incomparable scent.
Years of searching for a way to capture this distinctive and gourmand fragrance culminated in a collaboration with perfumer Andreas Wilhelm. ‘Fleur Alpine’ starts with a hint of chocolate and a fresh, floral note, which then unfolds and forms a complex interplay with the green and floral accords. The result is a unique niche fragrance that perfectly reflects the beauty and complexity of nature and will delight lovers of extraordinary perfumes.
