Amidst childhood memories and ancient Arabic scents, I find refuge in thoughts that lead me to my innermost self and tell me who I was. Then, between premonitions and past memories, I see a light shining through and warming me. This is how my journey begins, continuing on the streets of Dubai and the paths of my existence.
Camouflage – the fragrance
Simone Andreoli's fragrances in the second chapter, ‘The Writing in the Dark,’ are not imagined as a fragrance pyramid, but as a fragrance wheel. The dark liquid of ‘Camouflage’ is not only a disguise, it is also a shield that protects the secrets of the soul. The intoxicating and mysterious oriental fragrance builds its woody facets primarily from ebony, sandalwood and the particularly precious and versatile agarwood, also known as oud. A cool rose note, soft and sensual musk, and a spiritual-sounding incense component give Camouflage its exciting side and its meditative balance.
Chapter 2: Writing in the Dark
These fragrances were created during nights of contemplation and insomnia. Inspired by smoke and rum, which permeate clothing with strong aromas. Nights of intoxication and damnation, when candles illuminate rumpled sheets, but also nights of reflection and inner peace. Their minimalism conceals the elegant notes on the paper; only on the skin do they reveal themselves like a hidden diary of experiences, illuminating the surroundings with powerful, seductive and erotic notes.
