A poet once said that we are made of the stuff that dreams are made of. These are unattainable and invisible, but the feelings they evoke in us and the impression they leave on our subconscious are incredibly powerful. A symbol of the unconscious is water, the source of life. Hidden memories are concealed within it, mysterious images waiting to be deciphered.

And what are perfumes if not water?

Special waters in which the evocative powers of essences full of memories can descend upon us and flood us with desire and happiness. Perfumes that interpret life as we wish it to be!

‘The Onyrico perfume collection was born out of a longing and Italian national pride, because our country was home to some of the most brilliant and creative minds of humanity. A journey begins with words, sounds, colours and aromas that come together to form a rainbow of sensations, a bridge between heaven and earth: like the strings of a multicoloured harp. They resonate in harmony, in the language of perfume, to reach the heart, the seat of our innermost feelings.

A journey in search of lost meaning, where we encounter great poets whose minds possessed many facets of genius, painters and sculptors, musicians and mystics. Minds that created works of great intellectual and aesthetic beauty, such as Leonardo da Vinci, Michelangelo and Dante. Great composers such as Puccini, who inspired entire generations with their music and continue to do so today. People like Francis of Assisi, who perhaps accomplished the greatest of all works by revealing the beauty of creation to the world through his good deeds. Because we believe in the genius and undisputed talent of Italians – as a kind of new, desirable Renaissance – we chose such outstanding Italian perfumers as Luca Maffei and Maurizio Cerizza to interpret our fragrances.

Only those who know and appreciate the quality of raw materials can evoke the evocative power of their inherent sensual language by translating fragrances into emotions to be worn and lived. Where do we keep our fragrance memories? How do we seal the bright, pulsating aromas of our enchanting perfumes? In a bottle that expresses love and respect for nature, with a message of eternity to our world. A dream became the vision of an ancient stone arch. It rests lightly on white clouds that stand out against the blue sky. A stone in the middle supports the entire arch, the keystone. The stone comes from the earth and history has been inscribed into it. The stone stands for eternity, immortality. The bottle cap is made of natural marble, an important artistic element in Italian architecture since ancient times.

The marble is reminiscent of a fragrance with its swirls and wisps. ‘But why a stone cap? Because it reminds us of the infinity of a much larger stone, the earth, which travels into infinity. This is the origin of life and therefore also of perfume.’ The dream begins...
