Nüwa not only gave people their culture, but the bottle that houses the perfume is also adorned with fourteen ruby-red Swarovski crystals, an ode to the colour traditionally associated with good luck in Chinese culture.
Nüwa is presented in a black box decorated with a golden motif depicting a dragon and a phoenix together. Roja Dove is fascinated by the idea that these creatures, sacred in Chinese philosophy, represent yin and yang as complementary rather than opposing forces.

Perfume & Packaging – The Quintessence of Luxury
To emphasise the luxury and value of its products, Dove attaches great importance to quality and sophistication in the packaging of its precious Roja perfumes. Dove personally selects each element of the packaging, combining infinite simplicity with infinite luxury to create exactly what luxury should be: true craftsmanship.
Considerable skill is required to produce and hand-finish the Roja Parfums bottles: each bottle is as unique as the fragrance it contains. It is manufactured in France and the pure gold decoration is applied by hand in England in a lengthy process. To create the cap – the leitmotif of the Roja Parfums brand – gold particles are forged into metal to create a highly reflective surface onto which the brand name is printed. The cap is completed with fourteen Swarovski crystals, which are set by hand in a five-day process. The front of each bottle is adorned with gold lettering, which is manufactured in England and applied by hand. Each of these exquisite bottles is nestled in an equally exquisite presentation box, which is handmade in England by award-winning craftsmen using the highest quality papers, some of which are used exclusively for Roja Parfums.
