The Mancera brand was created in the Arabian Gulf in 2008. It was initiated by the distributor ‘Al Hthar’, which had previously specialised in establishing classic, large perfume brands in the Gulf region. Based on many years of experience, the owners of ‘Al Hthar’ asked a group of designers and perfumers to create a major artistic perfume brand, including Pierre Montale, who became world-famous for his Montale collection.
Mancera perfumes deliberately differ from the typical oriental perfume brands. From the outset, the brief was aimed at intensive, highly concentrated perfumes with a predominantly western appeal and some unusual aoud creations. Arab customers are increasingly looking for perfumes with a Western concept, but which — as with oriental notes — have a very long shelf life and a strong aura. The result is perfumes that are also suitable for European lovers of intense fragrances, an ingenious olfactory symbiosis. This is why Mancera's creations fulfil both Western and Oriental fragrance tastes. Only the highest quality ingredients of both natural and synthetic origin are used. The decisive factors for the mixing ratio at Mancera are the durability, intensity, and development of the respective overall composition.
