The Bengal tiger uses its claws to peel bark from trees and then urinates on it to mark its territory; the odour transmits highly complex messages to other tigers regarding gender, size and social status. Tigre du Bengale begins with a dry, aromatic ‘cola’ accord that gradually becomes a liquorice-leather accord. The heart of myrrh and labdanum absolute lingers throughout the spicy and erotic dry-down.
