Story
When renowned explorer and author Philip Sava learned at the age of 65 that he had less than a year to live, he set off from his home in Madagascar into the unknown. He left all his belongings behind, set out on foot, crossed the Indian Ocean on a freighter and wandered into the wilderness of Bangladesh. His journey, which lasted over a decade, took him through Nepal and Tibet, where he turned to spirituality, and to rural China, where months of solitude led to some of the most authentic observations ever put on paper. This is the story of a man struggling to find meaning in life as he captures its final moments.
