Mûre et Musc is one of the oldest fragrances from L'Artisan. Created by Jean-François Laporte in 1978, it set a new trend with its unique combination of fresh fruits, in this case blackberries, and musk. To this day, Mûre et Musc remains one of the house's bestsellers and is still in production. The fragrance continues to enjoy brisk demand, which is why further variations have been created, such as Mûre et Musc Extrême from 1993 by Jean-Louis Sieuzac and Mûre et Musc Cologne.
Mûre et Musc is feminine, almost ladylike, pure and clean, yet fresh, fruity and sexy. The Extrême version adds a whole new dimension of eroticism: it is even more intense, fruitier and particularly seductive thanks to an extra dose of musk.
After a hint of lemon at the start, the fragrance quickly moves on to its main notes: freshly picked blackberries with their lush fruitiness and clean, skin-close musk, which reveals a touch of frivolity alongside its white-like cleanliness.
Mûre et Musc Extrême effortlessly manages the balancing act between a fruity, fresh fragrance that is sporty and always wearable, and a seductive scent that is close to the skin and is sure to attract attention.
