Yuma by Pernoire was created as the idea of balance. A state of serenity, centredness and quiet confidence. As part of the Odus Collection, this creation explores balance not as stasis, but as a conscious alignment of freshness and depth, clarity and calm.
Inspiration
Balance is a state of being: grounded, calm and aware. Like the Swiss Alps, it rises above the clouds and yet remains deeply connected to the earth. It carries the stillness of alpine lakes, the purity of clear mountain air and the quiet power of stone. The cool, lively and invigorating scent of Swiss mint wafts through this landscape, sharpening the senses and awakening inner clarity. In this moment, nature and self become one.
To translate this state olfactorily, Pernoire has deliberately focussed on two overdosed ingredients: Yuzu and mint. Yuzu provides a bright, clear freshness that is invigorating and light, while mint introduces a cooling, calming note that gives the composition stability and structure. Together they create an immediate feeling of clarity. Like a breath of fresh mountain air.
These central notes are carried by edelweiss, ginger and vetiver, which lend the fragrance softness, warmth and depth. The fragrance unfolds gradually and is reminiscent of alpine landscapes where cool air, quiet strength and inner balance coexist naturally.
