For enigmatic boys and girls, Juniper Sling is a crisp cocktail shot of gin with the freshness of juniper, cool measures of angelica and brandy and a beating libertine heart of black pepper, cardamom, soft leather and iris root. A gourmand base of brown sugar, black cherry and amber add sensuality to the scent.

The Juniper Sling Cocktail
The cocktail is the result of unusual yet successful collaboration between Olivier Cresp, Maître Parfumeur, and Thierry Hernandez, director of the Bar Du Plazza Athénée.
The cocktail is served over ice in a glass tumbler.
Bombay Sapphire Gin, Cherry Brandy, Rhubarb, Cranberry Juice, Ginger Juice, Ginger Beer
To make the perfect Juniper Sling:
• Fill the large part of the shaker with ice cubes
• Pour all ingredients, except the ginger beer, into the small part of the shaker.
• With the help of a sieve pour out the melted ice water from the large part of the shaker so only "dry" ice is left.
• Close the shaker and shake vigorously for 6 seconds.
• Pour the cocktail through a sieve into the ice cube filled glass tumbler.
• Fill the glass with ginger beer.
• Finish the cocktail off with a splash of orange.
