The tomato, a berry from the nightshade family (Solanaceae), is one of the most popular fruits in the world. Few people know that it was originally cultivated in South America and that its name comes from the Inca word ‘tomatl’. Sweet and fleshy, whether in a fruit basket or in a vegetable stew, the tomato appeals to our taste buds.
Summer – Relaxing
Carrière Frères diffusers were inspired by the work of ancient herbalists and are shaped like apothecary bottles. They are based on the octagonal shape of the label. Made from recycled and recyclable glass, the diffuser is recognisable by its bluish colour. Carrière Frères takes a sustainable approach with carefully selected natural components: a 100% natural alcohol base made from French beetroot, a recyclable cork stopper and untreated rattan sticks. Together, they form a solid foundation for the release of fresh botanical fragrances.
Instructions for use:
The rattan sticks diffuse the fragrance through capillary action – constantly and gently.
For immediate release, soak the rattan sticks in the bottle when first using and turn them upside down so that the fragrant part of the sticks is outside the bottle. To achieve continuous diffusion, turn the sticks over during the first two weeks of use and then every four days until the perfume has completely evaporated. The intensity of the perfume can be controlled by changing the number of sticks.
The fragrance will diffuse for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. This duration depends on the size of the room in which the room fragrance diffuser is located, the room temperature, the diffuser's exposure to direct sunlight and draughts, which increase the evaporation of the fragrance.
