The family-run French niche fragrance brand Chabaud Maison de Parfum originates from Montpellier and produces luxurious eaux de parfum, eaux de toilette, room fragrances and candles that create a whole universe of pure elegance.
The vision
At Chabaud, they still believe that a great perfume must always tell a wonderful story. When a fragrance makes the heart beat faster, it represents a desire, a dream, a longing. Its evocative power brings the past back to life, makes dreams for the future tangible and allows ideas to be shared.
Perfumes from Montpellier
With this vision in mind, the Chabaud family began creating their first perfumes in Montpellier in the south of France in 2002. This is also where the art of perfumery itself originated, long before Grasse became the capital of fragrance. In the 15th century, Montpellier was a crossroads for trade routes carrying essential oils used by perfumers and the local faculty of pharmacy and medicine. In keeping with this tradition and driven by their own passion for fragrances, the Chabaud family created a perfume collection that encompasses a whole universe of exquisite beauty.
The brand was redesigned in 2012 and launched at the famous niche fragrance fair Esxence in Milan in 2013. Chabaud's new line of Eaux de Parfums quickly gained recognition and is now available in selected perfumeries and shops in France, Italy, Belgium, Russia, Australia and Germany.

The glassware comes from traditional glass manufacturers in Normandy, the candles are handmade in Provence and the fragrances are created in Grasse, so that every element has a proven source.
