Behind De Gabor is the experienced perfumer Gabriel Gabor, who can now look back on 16 years of professional experience. An extraordinary sense of smell and a passion for fragrances that has lasted since childhood are combined with his expertise and his own style.

Gabriel Gabor began his artisanal perfume creations in 2010. He creates fragrances for designers and actresses and gives olfactory workshops to a select group of young perfumers, designers and fragrance lovers. Gabriel Gabor trained as a certified perfumer in Grasse, the cradle of perfumery on the Côte d'Azur. Even as a child, he loved picking leaves and petals to smell. Gabriel later developed a passion for memorising and recreating their scent. This passion led him to complete his training as a perfumer. During the Christian Dior Perfumer Programme in 2014 at the Institut de la Parfumerie in Grasse, Gabriel Gabor successfully created a new feminine niche fragrance following the marketing brief from Parfums Christian Dior. In 2016, he took part in the Beauty World Middle-East Dubai Fragrance and Cosmetics Fair with his oud fragrance collection. In the same year, his modern sandalwood perfume Darling took part in the international fragrance competition at the World Perfumery Congress in Miami and his composition was selected as one of the top 10 creations. Gabriel Gabor is a member of the Société Française des Parfumeurs in Versailles and a perfumer at the renowned MG International Fragrance Company / partner of Firmenich.
