Lamar Noir unfolds with a vibrant, sophisticated blend of bergamot, green apple and tropical fruits, harmonized by the delicate, powdery elegance of violet, a flower that symbolizes honesty and determination.
The heart notes reveal themselves with the opulent warmth of balsamic accords, enriched by the velvety sweetness of vanilla and caramel. This exquisite blend transitions seamlessly into a beautiful bouquet of rose and floral accords, accented by the subtle spice of geranium, symbolizing happiness and positivity.
As the base notes unfold, we are greeted by a deeply sensual composition of leather, oud, guaiac wood, cashmere wood, musk, amber, wood moss, and sandalwood, often associated with healing and balance.
Patrick Müller, a rising star at fragrance house LUZI, was born in Bahrain and grew up in Switzerland, England, and the US. Patrick worked on Lamar Noir and this was his first official perfume. “I created three different versions and one of them is Lamar Noir,” says Patrick. “I worked with two very beautiful leathery materials that work really well together. One of them is actually a so-called ‘specialty base’ from one of our suppliers in Switzerland. This base was originally inspired by pure natural oud and is a balanced blend of ingredients, some of which are captives, to create an inspiring uniqueness.”
The resulting fragrance profile is a harmonious blend of top notes such as bergamot, green apple, fruits, and violet, with a heart of balsamic accord, vanilla, caramel, geranium, rose, and other floral elements. Lamar Noir really shines in the base notes: with leather, oud, guaiac wood, sandalwood, cashmere wood, musk, ambergris, wood, and moss notes.
