Carrière Frères celebrates the surprising combination of mint, a deep green perennial, and the queen of flowers: the Damask rose.
Discovered in Turkey, the rose proudly displays its exquisite corolla to reveal the delicacy of its fragrance. In contrast, mint offers freshness with its deep green, serrated leaves and cone-shaped pink or purple flowers. It is typical of the souks and palaces of North Africa and captivates with its intoxicating and subtle fragrance.
When cold, the scent of fresh mint predominates, while when warm, the delicate scent of rose comes to the fore. The ‘Love is a Rose’ collection celebrates the close bonds that love creates, whether unconditional, childlike or friendly.
The collection, consisting of two unique fragrances, is based on the Damask rose, which is blended here with mint and ambergris. There is no lost love between rose and mint. Together with ambergris, the rose takes on a sacred and opulent character.
Protected by frosted glass, the duo of scented candles is now complemented by two identically scented diffusers. The ‘Love is a Rose’ home fragrance collection is now complete. With completely new packaging, the ‘Love is a Rose’ collection blushes with fragrant delight. This collection is the perfect gift to warm the hearts of your loved ones.
Carrière Frères diffusers were inspired by the work of ancient herbalists and are shaped like apothecary bottles. They are based on the octagonal shape of the label. Made from recycled and recyclable glass, the diffuser is recognisable by its bluish colour. Carrière Frères takes a sustainable approach with carefully selected natural components: a 100% natural alcohol base made from French beetroot, a recyclable cork stopper and untreated rattan sticks. Together, they form a solid foundation for the release of fresh botanical fragrances.
Instructions for use:
The rattan sticks diffuse the fragrance through capillary action – constantly and gently.
For immediate release, soak the rattan sticks in the bottle when first using and turn them upside down so that the fragrant part of the sticks is outside the bottle. To achieve continuous diffusion, turn the sticks over during the first two weeks of use and then every four days until the perfume has completely evaporated. The intensity of the perfume can be controlled by changing the number of sticks.
The fragrance will diffuse for approximately 8 to 12 weeks. This duration depends on the size of the room in which the room fragrance diffuser is located, the room temperature, the diffuser's exposure to direct sunlight and draughts, which increase the evaporation of the fragrance.
