La Lune de Velours is a deep-acting oil milk cleanser that leaves the skin feeling cushioned, supple and visibly healthier. It moisturises while effectively removing make-up. Argentum has enriched La Lune de Velours with its patented combination of silver hydrosol and DNA HP and refined this formula with organic sweet almond oil, argan oil and vitamin E. La Lune de Velours comes with an ethically harvested and traditionally hand-picked silk sponge from Fina.
La Lune de Velours is suitable for use on the face and neck to remove make-up and cleanse the skin. It can be used in combination with other products such as a face roller, a gua sha stone or a face brush. You can massage La Lune de Velours thoroughly into the skin, covering the face, neck and eye area, allowing the active ingredients to nourish your skin. Apply La Lune de Velours to dry skin by applying a pea-sized amount and massaging it in. Start with the T-zone and spread it over the face and neck. Soak the natural Fina silk sponge in water and massage gently in circular motions — watch how it transforms into a soothing milk texture on contact with water. Repeat this process with the sponge until the product is rinsed off, leaving a clear, smooth and clean complexion.

Fina Silk Sea Sponge – naturally and ethically harvested
La Lune de Velours comes with an ethically harvested silk sponge from Fina, which enriches our Silver Cleanser. It comes from the Mediterranean and is harvested by hand using traditional methods, cutting the sponge at the base and leaving the roots intact so it can grow back. Using a sea sponge is the most nourishing and natural way to cleanse and massage the skin and effortlessly remove excess make-up. Our natural sea sponge from Fina is 100% natural and hypoallergenic, making it suitable for sensitive skin, and is super soft and soothing.
Application
For face and neck. Apply your cleanser to dry skin, then dip the natural Fina silk sponge in water and gently massage your face in circular motions – watch as the cleanser transforms into a soothing milk texture. Repeat the process with the sponge until the water runs clear and you are left with clean and visibly plumped skin.
La Lune de Velours can also be used with our silver exfoliating facial brush. The silver-infused bristles remove make-up, dirt and bacteria and provide a thorough cleanse by moving in circular motions from the centre of the face outwards and downwards to support lymphatic drainage. We use purple glass bottles that are loved by pharmacists around the world because they protect the natural ingredients from daylight, which can cause them to deteriorate. Our custom-made glass blocks the entire spectrum of visible light except for violet light. This extends the shelf life and effectiveness of La Lune de Velours.
