An addictive and generous fragrance that celebrates authenticity: the comfort of home, delicious indulgence, fine dining, and homemade treats.
Brioche: a homemade creation by Anatole Lebreton, kneaded with generosity and sprinkled with well-being. No sugar, no flour, and no dairy products!
And yet it is a brioche with a golden crust and a soft crumb, coated with a spoonful of honey. A domed composition with a perceived roundness, as immediate as the hot air that escapes from an oven when it is opened.
Brioche exudes a warm gourmet scent of homemade pastries. Crystallising honey softens the scent and gives it depth and longevity. Wheat bran offers grainy facets, complemented by sandalwood, hay and buttery notes.
Butter croissant and brioche accord, honey, tonka bean, wheat bran, sandalwood and hay. A gourmand fragrance created by a non-gourmand.
What Anatole had in mind
‘Brioche is everything I don't eat in one fragrance: sugar, dairy products and flour. I love the smell of many delicacies, but I refrain from eating them. I don't eat them, but I use them to inspire me. I don't consume them, but I use them to perfume myself...
With brioche, I set out in search of the authentic pleasure of homemade food, the authentic and legitimate pleasure of something created with love and tenderness. I love these sweet creations made by loving grandmothers. I imagined a plump brioche coming out of the oven, with the little imperfections that, in my opinion, give it its uniqueness and value.
It was fascinating to build the main accord from milky and woody, natural and synthetic notes. Honey, which I love working with, enhances the sweet character, while wheat bran and hay soften it. The formula also features notes of tonka bean and almond, which add extra comfort and wearability. The result is a very powerful and striking fragrance that delights the nose like a beautiful golden bun.
